Manufacturing Launched!

Hello, our dear backers!

Today we came with some amazing news that we were working on previous weeks. It took us pretty a lot of time, but it well worth it and now we are ready to announce, our manufacturing is launched!

Behind there was a long process of planning, corrections and stockings to start our work. It took us a little time, but now you can see the first results of our work.

First thing we`ve started is modules preparing. We are planning to manufacture a big amount of modules first, and then go on for manufacturing accessories like legs and borders.

We are still only in the beginning of our manufacturing way, but take a look at our first results!

Also we want to add a comment about the refunds. As you can see, we`ve already invested all our pledge money to the manufacturing by paying the stockings and facilities. Making refunds are impossible till the moment when we start the retail selling. At the moment we physically don`t have this money as they have already been converted to the resources.

Pledge Manager Launched

Today we came to you with amazing news. After all the testing and settings we can finally confirm - our Pledge manager is launched!

All our backers were sent the surveys giving access to Pledge manager. If you didn’t receive your survey, please double check your email which you used to register here on Kickstarter and check the spam folder. We would like to remind you that we use Pledge manager BackerKit.

Let’s answer some of the most common questions about our Pledge manager!

Can I add anything to my order which is not included in my pledge?

Sure! In our Pledge manager you can order anything connected with our Game Space. An extra set of short legs, playmats, even your second or third Game Space - you can order whatever you want. The system will calculate the extra price which is not included in your pledge and charge it with the shipping fee.

I am not your backer or my payment failed during the campaign. Can I still have access to Pledge manager?

Of course! All you need to do is to go to our main Campaign page and to press the big pink Late pledge button. You will be forwarded to our Pledge manager Pre-order store automatically and you can place your order there. Also you can follow the link below

How is the shipping fee calculated?

The amount of payment depends first of all on your location. In the USA, where we are located, the fee will be the least because it’s the closest place to our manufacturing, when Australia takes really a lot of effort and money.

Second, the shipping fee depends both on the package weight and dimensions. Each ounze of the weight is calculated, and even +10 oz can increase the fee. Game Space itself is made of wood, so it is quite heavy and needs some extra package to protect the table which increases its weight and dimensions. Add-on like a playmat are also very heavy because it’s not just a piece of fabric. It requires its own bag, so the delivery of exactly this add-on seems to be high. The playmat is very large and cannot be folded. We will most likely send it in a tube as a separate parcel box. Therefore, there is the separate shipping fee for the playmat.

Why is the shipping fee so high?

This is the most common question we receive. First of all, we explained about the weight of the product. Also a big thing is the package. We want our Game Space to reach the final destination safely, so we are gonna put a lot of attention on this question. We believe that it's better to pay a little more and to get your product fast and in perfect condition that to pay $10 less and to get it damaged in half a year.

The price we have is the best in price-quality correlation that our logistical partners managed to offer. Later when we will see the exact amount of orders we need to send to each country AU delivery will be from a local hub, so AU backers won’t pay VAT. We will use services from logistic company that using regional hubs to keep the shipping prices as low as possible. The delivery of our excellent tables by the hub-partner of the AU Party will include customs tax too.

Fixing issues and speaking about achievements

Hello, dear backers!

Today we came to you with a very short update. We want to tell you a little about what we are doing at the moment and to solve some problems that our backers faced. Let's start with a more important topic first.

First of all, let's solve the problem that some of our backers faced. Since our campaign has ended, some payments were dropped or canceled. We found out about this problem and looking for a solution.

If you are still interested in your order and don't wanna lose your discount, please write to us in private messages and we will prepare a private link for your payment.

This way you will be able to get access to our Pledge manager and enjoy your Game Space with keeping your Early bird discount.

And now a few words about how and what we are doing these last days.

First of all, we were looking for a solution for this issue. But also we were doing a much more exciting thing - setting up our Pledge manager! We want to remind you that we will use Pledge manager by Backer Kit.

We have already filled it with all required info and are now doing some inner testings, so very soon it will be launched and you can set up your order! Remember that in our Pledge manager you can get an extra Game Space or any add ons you want!

Also we saw some questions from our backers in the comments, so we want to prepare a small update answering them a little later. We have successfully finished our campaign! It was a big step for us as it was our first ever Kickstarter campaign, but with your help and support we managed to reach a result we even weren't thinking about.
