We sincerely hope that this letter reaches you at a time of your well-being and inspires only positive emotions. First of all, let us thank you for your continuous support and for your patience during this period.
We realise that our temporary absence has caused you some inconvenience and frustration and would like to share with you the current situation. It is not without regret that we have encountered unforeseen difficulties in cooperating with the company responsible for the delivery of our Game Space. Naively relying on a small private firm as an intermediary, we encountered problems that they were unable to resolve. We take full responsibility for this misunderstanding.
After a long wait and numerous promises, when we requested our parcels to be returned, we were faced with an unexpected demand for payment of an astronomical amount. We understand that this has caused further inconvenience and frustration for you, and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
However, the happy news is that the first batch of goods has been dispatched and are on their way to you. You may have already received your tracking number and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your parcel. We thank you for your patience and look forward to your feedback, especially from those who have already received their orders.
The second batch is now in production and we are taking all possible steps to ensure a smooth dispatch. We have learned deeply from our mistakes and are committed to providing you with only the best experience in the future.

Hello our dear backers!
We wanted to address recent concerns about shipping and packaging delays. We have received numerous inquiries regarding why it takes so long to send out orders and why the packaging process seems more intricate than anticipated. We understand your frustration and would like to shed some light on the matter.
As many of you may see in the video, the packaging process is not as simple and quick as we initially planned. It has proven to be a challenging task to ensure that every product is packaged securely and arrives in pristine condition. We underestimated the complexity involved in carefully protecting each item, and as a result, it has led to some unavoidable delays.
Additionally, large quantities of foam packaging have presented an unexpected challenge. Sourcing sufficient amounts of foam has proven to be more difficult than anticipated, which contributes to packaging time.
We understand that it may sound peculiar that we spend so much time packaging, but we want to assure you that this process is essential in ensuring your items reach you in impeccable condition. We take meticulous care and pride in the quality of our products and want to maintain that standard until they arrive at your doorstep.
To avoid passing on excessive shipping costs to our customers, we decided to ship products in bulk to our logistics partner. While this helps keep delivery charges manageable, it can lead to longer waiting times for individual orders. Possibly it was not right decision at the beginning of the project, but we wanted to make shipping cost more offensive for our backers.We hope for your understanding as it is our first project.We are just learning from our mistakes.We have come a long way with you, and there is just a little left. We are grateful for helping us on this journey.
All orders in the Baker Kit are locked. If your order isn't locked it means you didn't finish something. But, as always, we are here to address any further questions or concerns you may have.

As we know you have eagerly awaited this update, we would like to thank you for your patience. It is also worthwhile to mention that some of you missed the previous update. There is a short but important message we would like to share with you.
We would like to let you know that we are already in the process of preparing for shipment. You will need to verify the shipping addresses in your pledge manager as soon as possible in order to avoid any misunderstandings or difficulties in receiving your gaming table. In order to prevent reshipment of mail from one address to another after a package has been shipped, this step is necessary. As well as that, we would like to remind those who haven't yet paid for shipping to do so as soon as possible. We also want to know that you can't wait to receive your Game Space! As the first of your highly anticipated Game Spaces will start their journey to your hands on July 14th.

Hello dear backers!
We are thrilled to return to you with some news. We know you've eagerly anticipated our project results.
A tabletop gaming space such as this will bring you joy for many years to come, and will be the perfect addition to your home.
These are the finished parts of the other tables! Did you find your colour?
First of all, we would like to tell you about some changes that, overall, were one of the main reasons for the project delays. If you remember, table edges were supposed to be held by magnets. This was an excellent idea in general, but not very functional. Unfortunately, even the slightest touch would cause the table to move, and this problem couldn't be solved with any magnet. We upgraded this design by creating special grooves for attachment. As you can see, this is a meticulous task that requires additional time. And in the video, you can see how reliable and functional it is now.
Look! What can you see in the next photo? Yes, these are bags for tabletops! What do you think? Yes, we hope you've already guessed.
We received lots of questions about the date of shipment beginning. Rather than telling you that we have already begun, we wish to be honest with you until the end. Yes, it was scheduled for April, but some problems delayed it for a while.We will start shipment at the end of June.There will be enough time to pack and get everything started.We hope for your understanding, because as Kickstarter mentioned “ Remember to be constructive—there's a human behind this project.”
We also had many questions about the weight of the packages. So, we are ready to inform you with the weight of the whole package, including the box.
3*4 weight is 9,35 kg
3*3 weight is 8,05 kg
2*3 weight is 5,35 kg
2*2 weight is 3,8 kg.
